Cielo Vista Mall can be found at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Hawkins Boulevard, with easy access to Highway 54 and Highway 62. Cielo Vista Mall is on the east side of the Franklin Mountains. Cielo Vista Mall is open Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 9PM. Mall hours on Sundays are from 12PM to 6PM.
